I’ve bought two beds from Roseburg mattress. Great quality mattresses! The first one I got was for my RV. It was so comfortable that I bought one there for my bedroom
Purchasing process was a breeze. Was told my new mattress would arrive around within a week. Didn’t get until almost three weeks in which i had to call and inquire where about my bed was and it was in the warehouse. How long was it in there??? I was told I would be contacted when it was going to be delivered to my home. Had to pay more than what I was quoted for the delivery fee. Glad I have my mattress now tho. Very comfortable. WARNING NO REFUNDS!!! THIS PLACE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY LEAVING YOU WITH A TERRIBLE MATTRESS STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS < Was told if i didint like it i could return it for a refund or exchange, when returning they said they do not refund even though i bought it a day ago the reasoning is the plastic was not on how the hell are you supposed to try out a mattress if your sleeping on plastic i hope this place gets shut down and overun buy online companys. GO ANYWERE ELSE <3
My husband and I were in the process of moving to the area and foolishly thought we could sleep on a full size bed temporarily!!! Wrong!! We desperately reached out to Roseburg Mattress. The wonderful owner not only hooked us up with the perfect Mattress set, but also at a great price!! He even had his super amazing staff deliver it to us within a couple of hours!!! Thank you thank you we slept like a dream that night!!!
