Great Hair Salon! – I went for my first cut/color at Rosebud and had a great experience. The atmosphere is relaxing, the staff is personable and professional, and they use the best products available (Aveda). Most importantly, they are experienced stylists who really know what they're doing. I've been frustrated with mediocre cuts/colors through the years, and wish I would have visited Rosebud Salon sooner!
Rushed, rough handling – The atmosphere is pleasant and contemporary, but even though I showed up on time for my appointment, the stylist seemed to be in a hurry and distracted. She was especially rough with the comb/brush, banging it against my scalp and pulling my hair, hitting my ear twice. Although staff/atmosphere were pleasant, I will not return due to the rough and rushed treatment.
User review by lafemme1 – This is my 3 rd consecutive unsatisfied visit. Arrive on time for my appointment and am kept waiting because my hair stylist is either having her lunch, sipping her tea, or chatting with other employees. My appt. begins 10 minutes later usually. Hasn't always been the case but more recently than ever before. Figured everyone has a bad day but not when it is 3 consecutive visits and are 6-8 weeks apart!
