Total Crooks – Were at my condo less than an hour and a half combined over two occasions. Never mentioned any charges at all, because my steam shower was still under warranty, much less charging for drive time (and the numerous other work people I have had at my house have not charged for driving). Later got slapped with a bill for nearly $500 for less than an hour and a half of work. When I complained the receptionist generously (ha ha) offered to take a half hour of charges off the bill. Irresponsible Company – Perhaps they may offer decent service when everything is going perfectly, but they need to step up and take responsibility for the damage their employees inflict. Foot dragging, avoidance, severe inconvenience are words to describe their response and that of their insurance company when property is damaged through the negligence of their employees.
