The eye exam was perfect and the customer service is pretty good. I am just not happy with the wait times for lenses and frames to come back. But I do also get that We live in a Rual Area. I also know that they get busy and that they do their absolute best to call or stay in contact. I really do appreciate this business and I will use them again
The eye exam was perfect and the customer service is pretty good. I am just not happy with the wait times for lenses and frames to come back. Not even an update about what is going on. Especially when I wanted to purchase a pair of sunglasses. Was told they would call me back after they checked to see if they'd work for me. Nothing. Kind of disappointed
