The absolute best! I bought my home in Fort Edward with Roseanne and when (due to health) I sold it with Her also!
Rose was very professional in selling my parents house. Upon getting a request to meet to discuss the sale, she came with a packet of similar houses and their asking price. This gave us a level of confidence that she cared about the account and would do a great job. The house sold within 2 months and she kept us informed every step of the way on paperwork progress, and also coordinated with our attorney to assure a smooth settlement would be achieved. Settlement went off without a hitch.
Roseanne is a knowledgeable and conscientious realtor. We have used her for business and personal transactions. She follows through and finishes what she starts.
