Do not do any type of business with this company. I viewed an apartment I liked, I applied and signed a lease and then when my move in date came (November 1, 2022) the apartment they tried to tell me was mine was nowhere near the same what I agreed to. It was a different floor plan and smaller. I refused to move in. They said they would cancel my lease and I have been trying to get in writing that they agreed to cancel my lease but Jessica Hodge refuses to. These new property managers DO NOT care about you. My toilet has been broken for months, water pressure is inconsistent, but god forbid I am late on my payment, that gets handled IMMEDIATELY. On top of all of this, they have the nerve to raise rent 100 dollars in the middle of a pandemic. Not a great transition...
