This was an excellent experience for our second home purchase with Autumn Dunn. We felt like Autumn's only clients. Autumn was very professional but extremely relatable. Her knowledge of realty in our area (including, but not limited to, assessments, inspections, utilities, water access, deeding, septic systems, insurance, and state/county laws and ordinances) was top notch. We are so very excited about our forever home.

I'm 63 with an invisible disability which is acceptable and supported in men, but the opposite with women. Heidi Hanreck was and is very ACCOMMODATING and patient. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience with this company, a subsidiary of Warren Buffet, I felt unheard, ignored, talked through like I wasn't even there, alone and in fear during this process, which wasn't much of a process at all, actually...no clear communication, mostly mixed messages verbally, by text, email, and even some contracts never signed by the buye... read more
