I'd give her a half star if I can have the option. Very rude woman, always leave angry messages to our phone. We would have shopped around if she was not our realtor's plumber. The work was done ok, but the problem was that she didn't clean up the work area, we saw a tube of cauk left in the sink, and she didn't put the water heater back on, so we end up one night without hot water. Very bad experience, and we will never use her again, and want to warn everybody about this.
