I am giving this salon a 1* rating for the following reason: The day before I called up and booked an manicure appointment for 11:00 am the following day. I called up the day of the appointment at 9:30, and no answer. Rose returned my call and I asked if my appointment could be moved to 12:00 - noon the same day, and she advised "yes".
