To those who care, The property has recently transitioned to RoseValley, and unfortunately, the community has deteriorated significantly. The pool is now murky and unappealing, as they fail to operate the pumps. The contracted pool crew, which previously visited daily, now comes perhaps once a week, if at all. The grounds are in disrepair, featuring excessive canine fecal matter, downed poles, spray-painted cars, and inadequate trash removal, all of which seem to be of little concern to management. Property converted to RoseValley and community is now garbage! Pool is now cloudy and disgusting! They do not run the pool pumps AT ALL!!! Contrated pool crew used to come daily, now we are them weekly.. maybe!!!! Grounds have broken electrical, down poles, spray painted cars and more that are of no concern to mgrs, but raising rent is no problem. I am sure the move out rate is a direct reflection of this change. Let’s just say… we all hate it here. Sincerely —- Windermere
Stay away from their upper east side building. They have a rodent problem that has gone ignored for months.
You have turned your property in Philadelphia (Mansion at Bala) into a high priced housing project. NO rules are enforced, vouchers are now accepted, and the place is filthy. This company has 2 employees working in the leasing office for a property that has over 270 units. They lock themselves in the office all day while residents cars are being stolen.
