Both Dr Roberts and her nurse were so welcoming and personable that totally made up for the fact that the pre appointment on line questions followed by the one hour phone call asking the same questions, and the follow up overlooked missing page regarding mental health that had to be completed within 3 hours. I followed all instructions carefully and upon arrival at my appointment I had to do the mental health questionnaire again. None of that was terrible…. Just redundant. Great people.. Dr. Roberts is a great doctor. Its nice to actually have the dr listen to your concerns. Not just tell u their opinion,but actually care about the people. Its nice to be cared about not just a number being called. Thank you Dr Roberts for all you have helped me throughout the years.
