I despise this place. I have only ever been able to get in to be seen once. I call ahead of time to make sure I can be seen before driving 40 min one way. Get there and get told they can't take me in. I've been turned away multiple times and they are closed on weekends. Horrible place.
She was very thorough and professional and she listened to my concerns and questions.
