Disgusting clinic. I came here because I was sick. Initially I decided that if the line was long I would not wait, I would come later. When I came in the lobby there were 2 people. They went in, I continued to wait, then 4 more people came in, who came later than me. I waited for more than an hour and still did not go in. When I asked, the girls at the reception said that all these people were on an appointment. But how can that be, you are an urgent care, you should have a doctor for walking in cases. Fake Doctors all they are is a referral center. Not one washes their hands and they don't write any prescriptions because they aren't Doctors.
I had a very troubling experience at Rose Care with Dr. Brenda Roberts. I came in with a severely swollen and painful finger, clearly showing signs of a serious infection. Dr. Roberts brushed it off and prescribed basic antibiotics—no imaging, no proper evaluation, no referral. It was clear the infection was already too advanced for oral antibiotics to work and needed to be drained. Things only got worse.
