I have been a patient of Rose Clinic for a couple years.. and haven't had a problem seeing my Dr.. until this year.. I kept my scheduled appt.. but when I came in for that kept appointment.. I was told they canceled my appointment.. I was supposed to have a phone call before my appt.. so I could answer some medical questions first! Over the phone.. so I couldn't see my Dr. Until I got the phone call.. Dr Chau has genuinely gone above and beyond every single time I've had the pleasure of seeing her. Her warmth, compassion, and bedside manner are truly unmatched. Dr Chau has helped me with everything from simple checkups to an emergency earlier this year-- and each time she has been so deeply kind and helpful. She spends time to educate and is one of the first health care providers I've had that is enthusiastically invested in my longterm health.
Disgusting clinic. I came here because I was sick. Initially I decided that if the line was long I would not wait, I would come later. When I came in the lobby there were 2 people. They went in, I continued to wait, then 4 more people came in, who came later than me. I waited for more than an hour and still did not go in. When I asked, the girls at the reception said that all these people were on an appointment. But how can that be, you are an urgent care, you should have a doctor for walking in cases.
