New owners should equal new reviews I guess the new owners have had the restaurant for a year, time enough to work out the bugs. Living in this community, rest assured I understand some of the local prejudices. 1-being an "outsider" )not from the area), and not being American. If those are criteria for considering where to eat....what nationality owns the other businesses in town? Burger King? Gas stations in and out of the city limits? bs, i tell ya. Tired of the Lies!!! It's really sad the way people are today.My husband and I are regular patrons at the Rose Tree and have had nothing but good service and good food there!Some people don't go there because they are prejudice idiots others get upset because the owner cares enough to talk to the customers and asks if everything is okay.I have been a waitress for about 25 yrs.I appreciate the fact that John comes out and talks to the customers instead of hiding in the kitchen.How else is he suppose to correct a problem if th... read more

change of ownership great food &service !Why are there such old reviews on this site? New owners are great people !People need to adapt to change . I know it is hard , but life happens ! We all need to learn to accept change! communication is the best way to start!!! come to the rose tree and make up your own mind!

Rose Tree Restaurant is a joke The Rose Tree use to be a pretty good place to eat now its owned by a Korean who calls his employees stupid Americans, I wouldn't spend another dime there just for that reason, if they're so stupid go back to Korea!

where do people go now What happened to this place? I'm a trucker and use to really enjoy stopping in and unwinding in the bar. The food was always great and the people were guaranteed friendly. I had bragged about the awesome karaoke singing they had and now it's some hookie joke that no one comes to. Burger King is better.

I LOVE THIS PLACE i love this restaurant... not only is the food great but the people are nice and my aunt owns it which makes it ten times better... lets just say this is the best restaurant ive ever eaten at and im not saying this because its my aunts restaurant but i love the food!

Rose Tree Restaurant is Quick to serve with a Smile Friendly attentive workers. If we wanted lemon for our water, we got it. If we wanted to change or leave off something they were happy to do it. We love the salad bar but are always there to eat lunch just after they fill it. We especially like the crab/shrimp salad. We have had many good meals there.

Think twice before eating at the Rose Tree Restaurant I ordered the Meatloaf dinner. The meal included a trip through the salad bar. The lettuce was turning brown and the entire display looked like it hadn't been touched in hours.The meal arrived and was terrible. The corn seemed either previously frozen or stale, but very mushy. The whipped mashed potatoes were instant potatoes.The meatloaf appeared to be some meat I could not identify mushed into the texture of pate. terrible After reading an article in the Bugler we decided to come in and try the breakfast steak & eggs special. I can sum up our meal in 3 words, tough greesy mess. We will not be back. Too bad such a nice place has gone so far down the tube.
