They need to hire a new manager in the Dementia unit that really knows whats going on there when he or she is not there...and take action when something goes wrong! Hold people accountable for their actions!
Rose Tree Place is a nice place for my 105 yr old mother who is in the Dementia Unit. I think she gets good care. The only reason that I rate the facility as just Good is because of the poor lighting. The lobby and her unit are poorly lit. She complains all the time, although she has cataracts, so probably she sees even less. With Seniors having diminished eyesight, I think lightening is even a more important feature. My local Sr. Center is a very old building but the lighting is far superior.
Rose Tree Place was a wonderful and caring place for my dad Mike Pellegrino. Susan, Karen and all the nurses and Mike and the staff were so wonderful to my dad. They went out of their way to make my dad comfortable. Thank You all from the bottom of my heart.
The staff is always very friendly and courteous. Nyesha was our waitress at lunch and she was wonderful and provided great service. Thank you!
My Mother in Law is very happy and content. Staff and residents are very friendly
