This place is amazing! I don't know what the other reviews are talking about, but the office staff and the providers are great and always go ABOVE and BEYOND for each any every pt. including myself! Everyone is always so friendly and helpful! I have referred family and friends, and everyone has nothing but INCREDIBLE things to say about Rose Tree Medical Associate's.
Been going there for 10+ years. The last 2 years have been terrible. If you are sick they tell you to go to urgent care. The doctor I saw for annual physical did not listen to anything I had to say and berated me in the office. I have multiple specialists I see yearly and she did not care about any of my reports Ect. Had labs and an US done and they said it will be 3-4 weeks for results. I have a copy of the results and they won’t accept them from me, awful practice. 0/10
I've been a patient of Dr best who was leaving and I had to find someone else to see me. I thought Dr best was wonderful I'm sorry that he left. Switched over to Juliana Hagan who is a nurse practitioner. She doesn't listen to what the patient tells her I saw her once and I had told her that my blood work was going to be high with the A1C and the triglycerides because I had cheated a lot since the last blood test. I don't write reviews. Ever. I was a long term patient of this practice when Dr. Shank was there. Last October I was very sick, flu symptoms (not covid; tested multiple times.) I called them to get an appointment, and they refused to see me, even over telehealth video, because I hadn't been there in a year. Told me to go to urgent care!! That was it! I have a new primary care doctor now.
