I have lived at Rose Stone apartments for 6 months. I have a leak in my roof that I can not get taken care of and good luck trying to get your rent in on time because the manager will put up her sign for lunch and wont come back all day. Then you will get a late notice for $50.00! So BEWARE...they look nice but you can not always go by first impressions here.
