Walking into the spa you realize that the lobby and massage rooms needed a bit of TLC. The entire place looks like a renovated real estate sales office. There was only one lady working, who could not speak any English at all, which may account for her lack of customer service skills. She asked for payment up front as well (strange but ok). After paying her cash, she walked me to the first room and then left without clear instructions. I Wil not be going back here. The lady that gave me my massage was okay but the fact she demanded I give her a tip was way out of line.
