Facility and grounds are very nice and the residents are great. Beautiful location as well. Review is ONLY from an employee perspective from one department. Leadership starts off with pretending to care but would turn on you in a second. Staff of young, lazy adults who have no ambition to really care, or work at all, have replaced the genuine employees. My father is thriving at Rose Senior Living in Novi. The nursing staff monitors him closely, ensures he gets his medications in a timely manner, communicates well with our family, and responds quickly to my dad’s needs. My dad enjoys the daily activities and loves having an outings through the Rose shuttle bus.
