Larry R*** was very prompt in visiting my Charlotte home and providing me with a competitive estimate for a full roof replacement of my sixteen year old roof which had sustained some hail damage. It took several weeks for the insurance claim to be filed, processed, and closed. I used Rose Roofing for a minor repair to my roof and I couldn't be more pleased. Owner Larry R*** came out the same day I called and after surveying the problem said he would return in three days to make the repair. Since the repair was not time sensitive I readily agreed. Mr. R*** showed up right on time and made the repair quickly. Excellent service. That kind of punctuality and responsiveness is hard to find.
