Extremely deceptive and unprofessional practices. I applied here after being completely transparent about my background from day one. The leasing staff explicitly assured me, multiple times, that a letter of support and my Washington State government employment contract would be more than enough to override standard background check barriers. Candy Rose is a top notch property manager. I've placed a dozen tenants in her properties and often get rave reviews from clients after viewing and/or living in the homes that she manages.
