I would strongly recommend not going with this company to find a house. We found a house to rent but after paying a holding fee, the house was rented to someone else. We didn't want to lose our fee so we found another house to rent. This house was close to work and was pet friendly. I have 2 service dogs so wanted to make sure there wouldn't be a problem. We rented from Rose Residential for 1 year and had an overall great experience. They always responded to maintenance requests very quickly(usually within 24 hours) even when it was on the weekend and we had an AC issue they had a technician out within a few hours of calling. The office staff were quick with their communication and were always very pleasant to deal with. Their portal for renters is easy to use as well. Would definitely recommend them from a renters perspective.
Candy was simply marvelous. When showing us a potential property today she listened intently to our requirements. While this property didn't meet our immediate needs we established a relationship with Candy that I'm sure will be very beneficial for both is us in the near future.
Rose Residential isn’t like other property managers — they actually care. They respond fast, fix things quickly, and treat tenants with respect. No runaround, just real help. Renting with them has been the easiest and most stress-free experience I’ve had!
They will do whatever to keep your deposit. Beware before you rent. They will take their time for repairs and try to charge you. Please read other reviews Candy is rude and talks to tenants with ignorance and rudeness. The house was cleaned throughly. If we could give a negative start we would. The positive reviewers are from the home owners. Please run!!!!
