Sales Rep Eric was very respectful, professional and very knowledgeable. This is the 2nd project with Rose Remodeling.
Rich was very easy to talk with. He tried to meet our ever request. Very knowledgeable. Represented the company well.
I was at the local Lodi Grave festival and “Rose Remodeling” had a booth. I explained in detail what I wanted done to my shower, and they told me they would set an appointment for me, and someone would come and give me an estimate. On the day of my appointment, I left work earlier to be home, no one showed up or called me to let me know the appointment was canceled. Purely no show no call. Eric was so knowledgeable and communicated well. Both my husband and I had a very positive experience. We are so looking forward to our project. The materials appear to be high quality and look simply beautiful. I will post another review after completion.
