We have worked with ken for several years now. He has been prompt, diligent and has been quite resourceful in several aspects of rental management. He has done the leg work and brought us results, plain and simple.
I have worked with Ken on three rentals and each time he has come through with good people. In addition, the down time between tenants was minimal. Give Ken a call, he will take care of you.
Ken Rose is a very experienced and savvy Realtor. He found me much better tenants that the last Realtor I used. Ken got me a two year lease and I could not ask for better tenants. He has done a great job for me and h always takes my calls when things come up like this summer when the A/C went out. He walked me through everything and helped turn a potential nightmare into something quite manageable. I will definitely use his services again. I also introduced him to my parents to help them sell their home.
This guy gets results plain and simple. Every experience has been positive and all results have been outstanding. I have used Ken for tenant placement in all my rentals and every tenant has been excellent. He won't sacrifice quality just to close a deal.
Ken is a true professional. He has a unique ability to read both the seller and buyer to enable him to negotiate a positive result for both parties.
