Until Pam Wisler changes her approach, effort and communication skills Rose Real Estate's name/ brand on the property management side will be well below average.
This company is terrible at HOA management. If you can even get a response, nothing gets done. The only thing that I've seen they are good at is collecting HOA fees. Not responsive to real issues that affect several residents in my neighborhood.
Worst management company i know. Think twice before using them
