Ordered an ob ultrasound was supposed to have it nov.4th they rescheduled it to nov.20th because the dr was "out sick" so today being november 20th I get a call from them while i was getting ready and what do you know they wanna move it to Dec.4th because the dr is "out sick" again. They are rude on the phone and clearly not professional if it was their baby it would be a hole different ball game. Lucky to get one star.

Called 8/8 first thing in morning to schedule MRI. Told them I had imaging order and asked if I needed a referral from my PCP and was told no, just the imaging order. They gave me appt. for 8/10. 8/9 in the evening the call and say don't come in cause they haven't gotten authorization yet. 8/10 in the evening they call me and say I had a 1:00pm appointment and I was a "no show", and I'm like uh you called me last night and told me not to come in cause you had no authorization. Very nice & friendly they always look very busy but are always quick. And the new was to make an app. by email is great.
