Good professional service and greeted with a smile. The facility was nice and cozy.
They will over charge you when you reach the facility for scan and when you get the statement from your insurance, they will refuse to refund the over charge amount. It is a scam.
Granddaughter brought in from pediatrician office probable humerus fracture/dislocation wait was an hour and a half for a 5 year old with a fractured arm! Script from MD said stat, well they did not make it stat. They had every excuse in the book, I will never use their services again. When asked how long it would take to read and give pediatrician the results they told 3 hours. I initially contacted this facility for pricing information on extensive diagnostic testing. I spoke with Nichole, a super friendly and sweet lady, and was surprised by their outstandingly affordable fees. I was quoted the cost of everything, totalled and taxed. I was told that I could walk in without an appointment. I went for diagnostics this morning, as a walk-in with a referral, was treated wonderfully and had a reasonable wait time in a beautiful waiting room. In the last month I had to schedule 2 different appointments. Each time , I was put on hold for 30+ minutes , in between, a live person comes on and puts me on hold again. I had to hang up to try again the next day. The first time I thought it was just a one off, but 3 weeks later it was the same thing. very bad customer service - management needs to put on more staff at least to answer the phones. This has put me off with the dread of calling them so I will go to another facility the next time.
Have had 3 plus MRI's and each time they were great.....Great staff.....would do it again. My Ortho dr . also said they are highly recommended.
Staff is very courteous and friendly. They were compassionate regarding my mothers financial issues and worked out a payment plan for her MRI. Spoke to Mel she was informative and explained thoroughly insurance plan. Made it very clear.
My first time here after trying elsewhere unsuccessfully. Short bore MRI was the trick. Staff is great, and you don't have to wait long, they have a half hour rule and I was taken in right on time.
