Dismal....would be the one word I would use to describe this dump. Whoever Dr. Rose sold out to is worse that when he was there....had an appointment today....walked in.....woman at the front desk has the personality of a dead fish....did no temperature screening.....technician was running 30 minutes behind like I had nothing better to do....at the end of the exam she tells me I moved slightly (I didn't) and she needed to do the last 4 minutes all over again....They don't confirm appointments (apparently don't know how house... read more

Very disappointed! I came here because I am clastraphobic in the regular MRI machines and wanted to have my MRI in the chair. I confirmed on 3 different phone calls that I would be able to have the chair. However, upon arrival I was told that the particular MRI that I needed could NOT be done in the chair. I was distraught...I certainly would have planned differently knowing this information. So, on the wall of the outer office is supposedly Dr. Rose's cell phone number asking you to call if you had any issues. I left a mess... read more

If I could select a negative zero I would have. Despite having the insurance company themselves and a representative from the benefits plan call and give auth.# ...the office people are adamant that they need additional letter agreeing for payment. These ppl lack compassion and empathy and all about the all might dollar. I would not recommend them.at all. I had to pay upfront $300 because of my deductible wich is not a problem, but take money upfront it's ridiculous ,they talk only about that but nothing what they will provide. My catscan was second time canceled and then they find out they still missing documents from my doctor and insurance .I left very upset because that was second apoitment I had. They had to cancel my moms appointment even after she was already changed in there gown and finished her drink cause there dr needed to leave. Then I rescheduled it for the next day then they waited for me to get home and called to tell me they couldn't do even the next day either that I would have to wait 5 more days till they had an open availability.
