aweful. They take your money and dont do what they have comitted to do. I had a townhome inspected in may before buying it. Rose realty manages the care of outside things. The inspector said roof had evidence of water damage to eaves and flashing, water damage to door areas and windows. Roof was replaced 5yrs ago. Inspector said gutters were FULL, need to be cleaned.
