I ordered flowers here a few years ago. The flowers were outstanding and delivery was prompt. The staff in the shop were very friendly and welcoming.
They accepted my online order at 10pm the night before delivery. The website claims "same day delivery" if ordered before 11am. I'll called the next day to confirm my order, they said that the cut off is 6pm the day prior to delivery and they canceled/refused the order! No call, no email, nothing! Lady was very rude on the phone and offered no help whatsoever! Said she had to go because they were busy and hung up. Will never order flowers from this shop again.
