Very nice people
Patsy excels at custom arrangements, both cut flowers and high quality silk flowers. Very glad to find her at her new location, 717 W North 1st Street, near downtown Seneca.
Miss Patsy is very talented!!!! Her arrangements are absolutely stunning and very reasonable in price.

HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!! I called in my order for Mother's Day on Wednesday they said they would deliver but never did my wife had to go pick up her flowers the day after Mother's Day. It started out very badly when the lady acted like I was bothering her for placing an order. She made many sighs and gods and acted like it was killing her.
