We hired this company to treat bed bugs after a tenant left them behind, the experience was beyond horrific. They assured me they could handle the service. They would schedule technicians and then they would not show up or call and they would not be able to come until a week later, well as you know bed bugs spread very quickly, that time frame is unacceptable.
