Pros: Wendy is the absolute best possible manager for such a strict complex. The new maintainance manager, Shawn is amazing and works so much harder and does a much better job than the last one. They are so willing to work with you if you're willing to ask for help. The bad neighbors must have moved out before we moved in 18 months ago, because everyone is so welcoming and willing to help out. I’ve lived here for a year, after having lived in other apartments in town, both by 2 separate management companies and this complex by far is superior. 1. Management is far better at listening and communicating than that of SP here in town. 2. It’s a smaller complex, so it’s not as loud and crazy as SP. 3. The units, 3br specifically, are spacious and laid out well! Easily fixable “cons” -no central ac, but a stand up unit works wonders to cool my place! -no laundry in unit, however the machines are new and cheaper than at ... read more
