I've only visited, nice place
I’ve lived here for a year, after having lived in other apartments in town, both by 2 separate management companies and this complex by far is superior. 1. Management is far better at listening and communicating than that of SP here in town. 2. It’s a smaller complex, so it’s not as loud and crazy as SP. 3. The units, 3br specifically, are spacious and laid out well! Easily fixable “cons” -no central ac, but a stand up unit works wonders to cool my place! -no laundry in unit, however the machines are new and cheaper than at ... read more
