Literally one of the worst places you can deliver to in Chicago. If you come to this place make sure of two things 1.) have a lot of patience cause if theres trucks in front of you it takes them slow as s mfs 2 hrs per truck. 2.) make sure you get detention paid and dont mind your appointment time they dont give A F about your appointments.
Unfortunately I have to leave 1 star. This has to be the worst receiver for me in 15 years .they don't want to talk to you ,won't answer the phone. They do all other loads first . If you have an appointment, you will sit in wait with no idea .they load their regular stuff first, then fill in with an appointment. As of right now 5 hours sitting with not a clue . It's disgusting, and they should be embarrassed. Bottom of the line company!
Very limited parking, arrived 11am for 1pm appointment, got in dock at 11pm. Unloaded at midnight for 6 pallets
Delivery time was 6am. Arrived at 5 am. Did not get into dock until 1:30pm. Did not fully get unloaded until 3:30pm . Only had half a trailer full. If you do not have time or the patience, DO NOT COME HERE. When we arrived stood at the check in window for 20 mins while a group of 8 just stood there and did not acknowledge, took a yard jocky radioing them to take paper work.
