They are very sweet kind and they take their time with you My mother and sister and me have been going for years now And I have always been happy with my nails and treatments. Absolutely terrible, they over price and apply too much acrylic my nails are big and clunky me and my mother both got fill ins and charged us $97 when we both got short nails. And on their chart it states that a fill in is $30 so we should have paid $60. The customer service was horrible they shove your hands instead of politely re-directing. It was a disgusting experience.
