Rose Nails in Green is disgusting and customer servive is horrible. They overcharge clients. My normal nail tech wasn't there today so I was put with someone new to me. It took 3 hours to get a fill. She cut my vuticals with a dirty drill 3 times and I bleed, she didn't clean her tools just put them back into her container. I told her I didn't like the ombre (she charged me $15 for) and asked her to take it off after 1 nail, not 10. I visited the green location and my nails were done horribly. The acrylic and gel finish was very uneven, the nails were cut different lengths. The nail tech worked very fast and when questioned about the defects he did a rough patch job and apologized They charge $2 sales tax for all cash paid services regardless of your actual ****.
