I wish i could give 0 stars. Booked an appointment for nails + pedicure at 4 PM. I arrive 3 minutes early and am told to take a seat and pick my colors. I wait around for 30 minutes without being told anything, no eye contact, no offers for water or absolutely anything. At 4:30 PM i get up and tell them to call me when theyre ready for me to be seated because i live 2 minutes away and can come right back. Its now 6:30 PM and i never received a call back. We had such a lovely experience at Rose Nails! I brought my two kids with me for a little self-care outing, and the entire staff made us feel so welcome and relaxed from the moment we walked in. The salon is clean, beautifully decorated, and has a calm, inviting vibe that made it perfect for some quality time together.
