My mother had a scheduled appointmeant.She went in for a manicure and a full pedicure. When she came home, she said there was a new person there that didn't know what she was doing.She said she didn't do a full pedicure.Where her feet weren't scrubbed her legs weren't scrubbed or massage like normal whatever comes with what we paid for. The person tried to correct her nails.Another staff member came and tried to also correct her nails but they were still terrible. She paid $40 for the so called pedicure and left. Service was over the expectations. Sue got me in. I explained to her that I had a work dinner to get to no questions she picked a great color for me and was very Professional and personal , gave me a nice surprise..love my nails Love
