My favorite place to go for nails in Gaylord. Disappointed that the last few times I’ve went I was bumped back a half an hour or so before my nails were started. I understand things comes up but if I miss my appointment there is a curtesy fee. Also I’ve booked online where you specifically select the staff member and was disappointed I got someone else.
Pedicure was great. Wish some of the techs would be more gentle. They've made my kiddo cry both times we've gone. :(
The atomosphere was amazing !! I was super impressed. It had been years since I had gotten my nails done. And I decided it was time. I will definitely be going back!!
ruby always does an amazing job on my nails! she's particularly good with shaping, they are always very clean. never lumpy or crooked- other places i have been always struggled with that. these marble nails she did are just so beautiful
