When I asked them to take off my acrylic fake nails instead of doing that they just grind them down and painted over them now my fingers hurt so bad. I can’t get them off. This place sucks.
Among the top 5 worst pedicure experiences I’ve ever had. The lady cut my nails crooked and left it sharp (what?!), dug under my nailbed in a very painful way and when I mentioned it she barely backed off. The massage was just the legs with rough exfoliant, not my feet. The polish was put on all lumpy and only one coat, then a top coat. She got red nail polish all over my toes and I thought she was going to use a tone to clean it up but she didn’t. She just wiped it, smearing it. Lol
I was here on July 3. Now it could have been because it was right before the holiday but I wasn’t overly impressed. Had an appointment and they started on me 40 minutes late and then did both a pedi and a basic mani in about 30 minutes. It felt very rushed. Not relaxing as it should be. And for 30 minutes of their time, it was not really inexpensive. That said, everyone we encountered was very nice. But I won’t be back.
