I went to Rose Nails in Decatur, Georgia for individual lash extensions on 5/16/26 for first time as I was referred by a friend. Just two days after my appointment, I noticed a lash had already come off in the back towards the corner of my right eye. By Friday, even more lashes had fallen out, and now as I’m sitting in bed on my phone, they’re still falling off. Okay the greeter Bao is mannerable but should chill on trying to talk ppl into getting a service they don’t want. It was some short girl in there with glasses who is just flat out rude. I asked her if she was cool bc she clearly wasn’t. All bc I had questions. I’ve never been there so ofc I have questions duh. I ended up telling her I wasn’t feeling her so Wendy stepped in. Services were horrible. The technician did not understand English and I had to repeatedly get up and ask for assistance. Finally, another technician reluctantly finished the job. She didn't oil my feet and after being in water they were dry. I asked her about oiling my feel and she said he didn't do it? I was obvious my feet were dry. She spoke in their language to the previous technician and he came back and threw oil in my feet and left. I paid $20 to get my nails removed when the price list said $15…I just got ripped off. Don’t ask for prices, check the prices.
