I love this store. Anna is amazing. I read bad reviews on her but she has always been very nice to me!! I've had both Long and Nancy do my pedis. Very happy. Last full set completed by Tina. WOW they were perfect. Had pink. And white ombre. She did a perfect job from start to finish. Love Rose nails. Had to stop going for a while but I'm back for good. Thank You Anna. You and your employees are awesome. See you soon!!!
HORRIBLE! THEY gave me an fungal infection! Then told me to call them so I did. They hung up and yelled at me for telling them there mistakes. the worst!
My experience was horrible I wasn’t satisfied with the way Kim did my nails I was afraid to say something because another girl has complained about her nails. My nails was cricket not laying flat on the nail bed and when the owner Anna tried to fix the cricket one she was being very rude I said I should record this she then start screaming cursing at me in front of my toddler I asked her not to curse in front of my son she then said fuck your son and fuck you she start recording me and calling the police and said I threaten ... read more
Worst customer service. The owner does not want to help any customers and its the customers fault that the acrylic was put on bumpy, nail polish chipped and they lifted with 24 hours. I talked to Henry before leaving my child there for a fill. He charged for services he did not perform.
