Ive been coming here for 3 months and its been a great experience until today. I came in and asked for a SPA PEDICURE which is labeled at 40$ on the board. The lady said okay. Then when im checking out she says its 80… how is it now 80$ when the sign says 40$ i can understand 10/15$ more because i did gel.. which i do everytime i go here so im familiar but the receptionist then pulls out another paper that i was never shown with different prices. The service is no good. They have people in there who are not licensed doing nails. Polish chipping literally hours after getting my nails done. Didn’t polish the corners so my nails look a mess. Honestly it’s just a horrible job altogether. I am so disappointed. Then they upcharge everything without your knowledge until it’s time to pay.
