I walked in and no one was there to greet me, I waited for like 5mins before a worker finally showed up and I showed a pic (the one attached) how i wanted my feet done and automatically I got a no she can’t do it they only do the basic, I said ok can u just do the French tip on my toes then no gems and I got the same response AGAIN. As a cosmetologist myself I’m pretty sure French tip is basic but hey who knew a five star nail shop can’t do that 🤷♀️.
