I placed an order for 2 headstones in December 2016. Paid $1,181.00 and then the communication with Rose Monument completely stopped. The excuses I am reading on reviews are all different. Now they have closed their Houston Location. I filled a small claims in Waller County because it list the address for the owner Danny Kilanowski as Nicky st Waller Tx. Used this company in the past,however my most recent experience was not only exasperating,disappointing and the worst service ever in my life. NEVER EVER AGAIN Evidently there is some kind of strain throughout the family. Once you've paid for their service any and all phone calls go unanswered. Complete devastation! Horrible Company So Un-professional To hold off on responding to someone who is already distraught is appalling. I will not do business with a company like this and I will pass the word to everyone I know just how poorly they perform.

I don't recommend anyone to use Rose Monument. They have terrible customer service. They never answer there phone. I ordered a grave marker eight months ago and still nothing. I get the run around every time it comes to the day it is going to be placed. Stay away from this place. Horrible service!

This place terrible. My sister ordered a headstone for my niece in March it is now August and we still do not have a headstone. They keep saying they are behind from the rain in May. They finally called to make an appointment to lay the stone but never showed up. Called to find out what happened was told they were trying to reach their guy and would call me back, they never did. They never answer their phone and when they do they can't talk because they're with a family. Stay away from this place they run a terrible business... read more

I don't know how this company stays in business: 1) My parents have a double stone, and the engravings for each were reversed. Although Rose eventually agreed to correct this issue, it was very distressing. 2) Despite promises that the stone would be in place at the time of the unveiling, it was not. We had a service, but no stone. 3) When the stone was eventually delivered, the name was misspelled. Rose promised to correct this, but did not. Best price for a quality gravestone.. – We lost our Mom and I was recommended to come here for good service & product. I was still very teary eyed and the people who waited on me were very kind and helpful. I received a price on a gravestone marker that was HALF the price of a nearby funeral/ grave marker business! They also let me know the best quality yet economical route to go. I had no idea the black grave stones were from Italy and that Georgia gray stone was our most common USA stone in quarries.
