My mother scheduled an appointment she arrived before time filled out all her personal information and was left to wait about an hour when she asked the receptionist that she can no longer wait she said OK goodbye no apologies no explanation no nothing. This is a place. I definitely don’t recommend
Assigned to new primary office. Stopped in to make appt. Dr requesting on leave. On return to make another appt. Left message end of Nov 2025, no call back from office over many days. Greater than 3. Called again, 6 days later, left another message for an appt. Still waiting. Plans to change PCP. This is why I do not like managed care. Unprofessional. !
Simply put, if you’re in customer/patient care, you do not speak over someone when you’re trying to resolve conflict. 1. Two days in a row, the same employee, Keebler (unsure of spelling so apologies) has aggressively tried to silence me by speaking over me when I’ve responded to her question. I admit, I may have been intratable the first time as I am not getting the care I need. For the second call, I did reset my approach to have a space of equal respect. Very professional, very prompt in returning your call and conveying your results. Up to date with current guidelines.
Dr. Angela Xavier is a very compassionate, caring physician. She has been my PCP for a couple of years and she always returns phone calls, works you into her schedule when needed and even follows up with you to see how you are feeling. Schedule a visit with her and receive the same professional experience!
