This is by far so far, ONE OF THE WORST, ran medical facilities I personally have ever been to. I have a 2pm appointment 10/24/19, dont even get called back until 245pm. Sitting in a room, for half hour now, at 315 I finally had to ask where this guy is at. Come to find out he skips me and goes to a patient who walked in at 240. This is not how anyone should be treated. Did I mention this was my first appointment? I do not appreciate waiting this long. I rarely have to wait more than 10 minutes. In fact, there was only 1 appointment where I have waited 30 minutes. I usually have my appointments at the end of the day, so having a wait time of averaging 10 minutes maybe is pretty good. I like this doctor, he is very knowledgeable. The office staff are all really nice also.
I've been a patient of Dr. ROSE since the early 90's. I HAVE NEVER WAITED MORE THAN 20 - 30 minutes in the waiting room, nor after being taken into in a treatment room! I have never been treated merely like "patient # whatever" or been rushed through a 10-minute exam with unanswered questions, as has happened to me in other medical offices. And the care I've received has been exceptional.
