I have done business with the roses in the past with no issues great people. Not until their new sales manager got involved did I have a issue. After waiting a month for a motor I was told would arrive in 7-10 days I was told nope not ready will be another 7-10 days. Once I pushed for more info I was told f@&$ off I don’t want your business. For starters, treat customers with respect that buy new boats. When the boat clearly has a defect from the manufacturer the correct response is not to kick the can down the road and lie to the customer. It is like you were trained in 1980's boat sales of duck and hide
First class operation Took our toon in today for end of season winterizing and storage. Docked up and was met by his great staff, walked off the boat and they took care of everything. Today we bought a Pontoon boat from Bill. He was one of the most laid back and chill guys I’ve ever met. No pressure to buy. He knows everything there is to know about the stuff he sells. He took more time with us then expected. He has a customer for life now. If you are looking at buying a boat please come here. He took us out on the water and showed us everything. He even showed my son how to do things as well. Thanks so much.
I was on a recent fishing trip ...had issues with a motor motherboard for my relays and a trim motor Bill Sr. took care of me like we were best friends for years...great people.. highly recommend Rose Marine Services!
