The building 212 Overmount Ave. has a electrical fire this past Sunday. We were asked to evacuate our apartments until the repairs are completed its been 3 days. There is no power, no gas or hot water. They ask us to have renters insurance but they are not willing to reimburse us, I have a $500. deductible We pay rent & renters insurance. They want us to stay in hotels on our expense. I have 2 fridges which I have lost all my meats, chicken and food. I have lived here for the past 20 years. I don’t have too many friends, but I know a lot of people I have enjoyed my 20 years plus here. Anytime I need maintenance. They always come and take care of all our issues. I have no issues whatsoever. I love it here management is great and the supers are helpful and respectful and don’t get me started on Janet she’s awesome another person that is very helpful is Johnny O. This place is absolutely the WORST!!! Don't event think about living here, the maintenance are terrible and the management simply does not CARE!!! The guy in the first floor does drugs and there's so much domestic abuse that goes on and they simply do not care. This place has turned into a nightmare, people throwing parties and playing loud music sometimes until 1 am and no-one cares.
Rent is too high. 900 apartments and only 2 or 3 maintenance men. When you call for help they give attitude. When it snows they barely plow. They don't salt. And when they do plow, they block the cars in instead of putting the snow against the building. The stairs outside are falling apart. The inside hallways are dirty and damaged.
The place is way over price anything go bad they give you a hard time to get it fixed and they do very bad work garbage all over the most important things is the parking it’s not enough it’s very bad management
