Do not work for these people! Or rent from them ! They are EXTREMELY RUDE, HEARTLESS AND CRUEL!! I fully believe the office staff Chris and the Owner Andy are meant for each other. <p>***** rented from us and was not a good tenant. She had numerous lease violations along with several unauthorized people living in her apt causing all sorts of issues in the building.</p> <p>Just not a good situation all around for all the other tenants in the building. She ended up being evicted and owes us money for unpaid rent and numerous apartment damages.</p>
I’m not sure how these human beings sleep at night or are not in jail. They are slum lords to the highest extent. Nothing is ever fixed, Black mold over the apartments, broken doors- windows-appliances. No maintenance- they literally do nothing. Barely any insulation in our apartment. Robberies, violence, racism, and trash all over the grounds. Absolutely unprofessional. Resident managers sharing text messages between tenant and landlord on social media. Very poor response from office managers. I called in to the office about a copy of my checkout list, and was denied that request. I also mentioned some concerns I had about not getting my deposit back, and was yelled at by the manager in their office and was not allowed to speak after the yelling because she just would not stop.
