Do not move into this hovel. Roaches the size of your thumb, theiving gangbanger tenants, and old people with control issues will make your life a living hell. Do you intend to walk around your apartment? Expect someone downstairs to pound at your door daily. Oh did i mention the trains every hour on the hour? Zero insulation for railyard sound. This place is a slum.
