This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with any company. In the beginning, they appeared to be competent, but shortly after they began, it was apparent that they are totally and completely incompetent. They were constantly late, hired subcontractors and then did not supervise them (all the while telling me that they were their "employees"). After what appeared to be a great initial meeting about a huge outdoor living project, we never heard from them again. We met with them on a Saturday am, they said we would have a bid by the end of the weekend. Its been two weeks, Ive called three different times to ask about what is happening and where the bid is. We got a call back earlier this week saying theyd send it by the end of that day, and now days later we have heard nothing. A Four Seasons designer came out to our home to go over our backyard landscape design. After the designer took his measurements and left our home, my wife and I had a very a hard time getting Four Season to send us a design and a quote for the work. Something you shouldn’t have to beg for! Four Seasons were unprofessional in their treatment of us as potential clients. We love the patio that Four Seasons did for us! We had 4 different bids. Four Seasons had the best design and was the only one to consider water flow. Their bid came in less than System Pavers for a better design. Overall, we are really impressed with the quality of their work. We are loving our new outdoor space!

Four Seasons OLC gave us a patio of our dreams. Chad was excellent at viewing our yard, asking us how we liked to use our space, then rendering a design that fit our space. The crew that Four Seasons employs was courteous, professional and worked with amazing speed given the hard laborious job. We’re so pleased with the outcome.
