Before I made the appointment asked the secretary if she could verify the benefits and said that she'll do it on the day of the appt. Well when I got there I arrived 10 mins early and even filled out the paperwork on their website and still didn't get called in until 35 mins later due to the fact that the secretary just happened to notice that my insurance is under my father's name and need his SS number. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.
