I stopped in this morning to get sized for an engagement ring and the woman working was super sweet and made this exciting time in my life a lot more enjoyable! :)
Outstanding customer service! An internet search showed that Rose Jewelers had a hard to find watch in stock and John Rose personally quickly assisted me to verify that they did in fact have it in inventory and ship out to me the same day (I am located in a different state). Would highly recommend, especially to La Crosse locals that are looking for fine jewelry or watches.
This is., by far, the best jewelry store in LaCrosse, Onalaska, and the surrounding area. Top notch customer service, quality merchandise and friendly, knowledgeable sales personnel. I have known Steve Rose for years and have had appraisals done by him over the years and have purchased several quality jewelry items from him. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rose Jewelers for all your jewelry needs.
