Did this acupuncturist listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely; they always listens carefully to what I have to say Were the restrooms well-stocked at this acupuncture clinic? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need! Does this acupuncturist ever overbook appointments? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking

Dr. Jacobs has - twice - corrected problems of unbearable pain for me. The first was from a bone spur and then with intractable neck/shoulder pain. Medical approaches had failed and even prescription pain relievers did not work. Her treatment rooms are lovely, gracious, and soothing; her staff are invariably kind and solicitous. My neck is completely normal after 6 months; it has been more than 4 years and I am still 100% pain-free from the spur. In each case, relief was total within 3 to 4 treatments. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been to. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. The office and rooms are very clean. The hours are poor. Mon - Wed 9 am to 12 .
